Every body is different — and so is every treatment.

My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and clear communication. I combine hands-on care, education, and personalized treatment strategies to help you feel supported, understood, and confident in your body.

Care That Adapts to You

  • Chiropractic care is a regulated, hands-on healthcare profession focused on supporting the function of the joints, muscles, and nervous system. It involves techniques such as joint mobilizations, spinal adjustments, and soft tissue therapy to help reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve how the body moves and feels day to day.

In my practice, I focus on identifying and addressing the root cause of discomfort — whether that means improving joint function, calming overworked muscles, restoring balance to movement patterns, or supporting the body through periods of physical or hormonal change.

  • Chiropractic care during pregnancy is a safe and effective way to support your changing body. Treatment focuses on relieving common discomforts such as low back pain, pelvic pressure, rib tension, and postural strain. I use gentle, pregnancy-safe techniques — including the Webster Technique — to help improve pelvic alignment, mobility, and overall comfort as your body prepares for birth.

Care is always personalized to your stage of pregnancy and comfort level, with the goal of helping you feel more supported, balanced, and at ease.

  • The postpartum period brings significant physical changes — from feeding postures and lifting to core and pelvic recovery. Chiropractic care can help address common concerns like joint pain, tension, instability, or reduced mobility. Treatment is gentle and adapted to your stage of healing, whether you're newly postpartum or months into recovery.

I focus on restoring function, easing strain, and supporting your ability to care for your body while caring for others.

  • Pelvic and core rehab is designed to support recovery from instability, diastasis recti, postural changes, or lingering discomfort following pregnancy, injury, or periods of inactivity. I combine breath-coordinated movement, hands-on treatment, and progressive rehab strategies to help you reconnect with your deep core and improve strength, balance, and control.

This type of care also supports women’s health through all life stages, including during perimenopause and menopause. Hormonal shifts can influence joint stability, tissue quality, and how your body moves and feels. Chiropractic care and movement-based rehab can help reduce tension, improve alignment, and support long-term mobility and confidence in your body.

  • Chiropractic care for kids is gentle, safe, and tailored to support growing bodies — from infancy through school-age and into the teenage years. Whether your child is developing new motor skills, sitting in class all day, or active in sports, care can help support healthy movement, posture, and coordination.

For infants, treatment may support issues like latching difficulties, head-turning preferences, or tension in the jaw and neck. As kids grow, care can help with posture imbalances, joint restrictions, or strain from physical activity and repetitive movements. I use age-appropriate, low-force techniques and always take a collaborative approach, with time to answer your questions and ensure your child feels calm and comfortable throughout care.

  • Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic pressure waves to stimulate tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and improve mobility. It’s especially effective for chronic muscle tightness, trigger points, and areas of deep or persistent tension.

Shockwave helps break down scar tissue, improve circulation, and restore more natural movement in the affected area. It’s often integrated into chiropractic treatment plans to support range of motion, relieve pain, and accelerate recovery — particularly for overuse injuries, sports-related strain, osteoarthritis, and conditions like tendinopathies or plantar fasciitis.

  • This therapy combines decompressive cupping with infrared laser to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and support tissue recovery. It’s particularly effective for chronic tightness, sports injuries, nerve-related tension, and postural strain.

Cupping can be done statically or dynamically (gliding with movement), and infrared laser helps enhance depth and healing in the area being treated.

  • Custom orthotics are designed to support your feet, improve biomechanics, and reduce strain on the knees, hips, and lower back. I assess gait, posture, and joint function to determine whether orthotics would be beneficial, and create customized devices that fit your unique needs and daily demands.

Orthotics are often recommended as part of a broader care plan when alignment, foot mechanics, or recurring strain are contributing to pain or dysfunction.
